Monday, 5/16

We took a night flight from Chicago to Paris.  Air France serves a beautiful dinner with impeccable service. And then, in business class, the seats get close to flat. Which means you come close to sleeping. Actually, plenty of people slept. I'm afraid I couldn't, but that's because of my sleep apnea, and my inability to figure out how to set up my CPAP machine.

Then a nice breakfast, and then we set down at Charles de Gaulle. Getting through customs is funny.  You spend a lot of time waiting on line, followed by a cursory 25-second interview!
We took a cab to our apartment. It was some kind of holiday here I France, so there was no traffic. We were both beat, so Rebecca took a nap, while I decided to see if I could get figure out how to post photos.  I took a cab to the Apple Store.

The good news is, with the help of a couple of very nice fellows,

I am now able to post my photos. The bad news is that it's posting to blogger.fr instead of .com!!!

I'm so sleep-deprived, I'm going to have to call it a day. If I'm lucky, I'll get it all straightened out tomorrow.
